Mann Bags is a family owned and operated business.  We started playing cornhole in the Spring of 2023.  We knew about the game before that and played it occasionally here and there, but 2023 is when the love for it developed.  It was friends that introduced Desmond to tournament quality boards and cornhole bags that had a slide and stick side.  Never before did Desmond realize that there was so much strategy to playing cornhole.  He enjoyed it so much that he played when ever he could.  Soon after Desmond started playing, Michelle and Blake joined in.  It quickly became a family favorite.  We were hooked.

 

One Sunday our church announced that they were going to have a Men's Cornhole event with a Pig Roast and they needed people to bring boards and bags.  After church, Michelle said to Desmond that it's time to buy some boards and bags.  So, we bought our first set of tournament style cornhole boards and bags.  Desmond and Blake teamed up and went to the Men's event.  It was there that Desmond and Blake won their first tournament and the love for the game ignited.  They found a local cornhole club and started playing almost every Wednesday night.  

 

Miriam also played some, but she had trouble with sensitivity to the materials used on the slick and stick bags, so we searched for different materials that she could be comfortable with.  And so the idea of Mann Bags was born.  We found some material laying around that Desmond thought could work.  Miriam used her industrial sewing experience to put together our first Mann Bag.  However the material was too stiff and the fill was not dense enough.  Our first bag was like a pillow that wouldn't even fall into the hole.  We continued to search and then we found better material.  And now we provide cornhole bags with high quality fabrics and fill that are on par with some of the best bags on the market.

 

Our devotion to quality and affordability has propelled us forward.  That coupled with our families strong Christian Faith has allowed us to develop a company that has integrity and great customer service.  We look forward towards helping others discover their love for the game.
